This is a self-guided program and you can take as long as you like to complete it. Each module contains an average of 14 pages of written content to study, plus optional reference material.

You must submit documentation of at least one completed client project (paid work) that demonstrates your knowledge of industry standards and The Photo Managers’ Best Practices. This project should include at least two of the main photo management categories. We are looking for a brief, written narrative and some images of your work. Details on the requirements are included in your course materials. You may also find additional information in the video at the top of this page.
This course is an overview of industry standards and best practices for professional Photo Managers. While the information is essential for anyone with a photo management business, this course is not a "how-to" with hands-on training.
