"I found the sessions interesting and so useful for my work. I liked to mix of scientific information, case study, real-life experiences and the practical methods you shared in the final session particularly useful. I liked that you signposted additional resources/authors and you shared some great examples of questions we may ask clients. It has given me confidence in some of my existing practices. I will now go away and review my messaging and think about how I can improve my practices (with clients and also my own reflective work)."
